تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع gcent.sa وخدمات «قيمز كلوب» المقدمة من شركة قيم كلوب للترفيه (سجل تجاري 4650023117). باستخدامك للموقع أو حجزك لأي من خدماتنا فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1. الخدمات
نقدم خدمات ترفيهية تشمل: بارتي استيديو للحفلات الخاصة، ارت اتيليه للفنون والورش، قيمز هب للألعاب والرياضات الإلكترونية، ايفنت سبيس للفعاليات، إضافة إلى خدمات الضيافة ومتجر الألعاب.
2. الحجوزات والدفع
- تُعد الحجوزات مؤكدة بعد إتمام التأكيد من فريقنا وسداد المبلغ أو العربون المطلوب.
- الأسعار المعلنة بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
3. الإلغاء والاسترداد
تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد للسياسة الموضحة عند الحجز. يُرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن لأي تعديل أو إلغاء.
4. قواعد المنشأة
- الالتزام بتعليمات الموظفين وقواعد السلامة والآداب العامة.
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي تلف يتسبب به في المعدات أو المرافق.
- يحق لنا رفض أو إنهاء الخدمة في حال مخالفة هذه القواعد.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والشعارات والعلامات الواردة في الموقع مملوكة لـ شركة قيم كلوب للترفيه ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
6. حدود المسؤولية
نسعى لتقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
7. النظام الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية في المدينة المنورة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

These terms govern your use of gcent.sa and the “Games Club” services provided by Qeem Club Entertainment Co. (شركة قيم كلوب للترفيه, CR No. 4650023117). By using the website or booking any of our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide entertainment services including Party Studio for private celebrations, Art Atelier for arts and workshops, Games Hub for gaming and esports, Event Space for events, as well as hospitality services and a games store.
2. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once our team confirms them and the required amount or deposit is paid.
- Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the policy communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible for any change or cancellation.
4. Venue Rules
- Guests must follow staff instructions, safety rules and public decency standards.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to equipment or facilities.
- We may refuse or end service if these rules are violated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos and marks on this website belong to Qeem Club Entertainment Co. and may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Madinah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
